WMC: Taxpayers challenge undemocratic and unconstitutional “400-year veto”

MADISON – Two Wisconsin taxpayers filed a lawsuit on Monday – otherwise known as Tax Day – challenging an unlawful partial veto from Gov. Tony Evers in the most recent state budget.
