America’s Voice has launched a digital ad campaign targeting House Republicans on federal funding cuts, including a five-figure campaign directed at U.S. Rep. Derrick Van Orden, R-Prairie du Chien.
The effort includes a 30-second spot saying “Trump and his MAGA allies in Congress are slashing Medicaid and food assistance to fund mass deportations that separate families, devastate industries, and drive up prices for all Americans.”
The group has also created a graphic saying Van Orden “supports Trump’s plan for mass deportations,” taking away resources to stop the flow of fentanyl, and another saying he “supports Trump’s plan for family separation” while “70,000 of his constituents could lose Medicaid coverage.”
Van Orden, in his second term representing western Wisconsin’s 3rd CD, is already being targeted by national Dems in the 2026 election.
