EAU CLAIRE, Wisc. – Today, the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT) District Councils 7 and 82 endorsed Rebecca Cooke for Congress in Wisconsin's Third Congressional District. The local unions represent roughly 2,000 and 3,500 members respectively.
