WISCONSIN – The Wisconsin Election Commission’s audit released last week, compiling a review of nearly 10% of the more than 3 million votes cast in the 2024 election. The audit, required by statute, showed no voting machine errors across the 336 selected municipalities statewide audited. These results highlight just how effective the protections in Wisconsin’s electoral process are, ensuring the each vote is counted fairly and the results reflect with will of the Wisconsin electorate.

The bipartisan Democracy Defense Project – Wisconsin board released the following statement in response to this news:

“The 2024 Election Audit findings validate that Wisconsin is a national leader in election integrity, ensuring when voters cast their ballots, they are counted securely and fairly. We should never stop striving to improve, and by coming together in a bipartisan way, we can find ways to continue rebuilding the confidence of our electorate in the security of Wisconsin elections, but these results indicate that we are on the right track.”
