In a radio appearance last week, Van Orden:

Doubled down on his crusade of ripping away “every single penny of federal funding from the Mayo Clinic” and the Wisconsinites served by Mayo Clinic facilities 
Admitted his scheme would “hurt them” 
And responded to a constituent’s concerns by saying, “I’m not a research assistant, buddy, I’m your Congressman...
