MADISON, Wis. – Gov. Tony Evers announced the appointment of Patti Habeck to the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) Board, effective July 16, 2025.
Ms. Habeck joins the DATCP Board with decades of experience in organizational leadership and regulatory compliance. As President and CEO of Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, Ms. Habeck has led the food bank through significant strategic and financial transformation, strengthening its capacity to provide nutritious food to families across 35 counties.

Evers for appointing Ms. Habeck as the newest member of the DATCP Board,” said DATCP Secretary Randy Romanski. “Ms. Habeck understands the importance of community engagement and has experience connecting hardworking Wisconsin farmers and hungry people in our communities. I look forward to working with her on the DATCP Board.”
Ms. Habeck holds a Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and a Master of Science in education from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. Ms. Habeck resides in Appleton.
