WAUTOMA, Wis. – Recently, Waushara County District Attorney Matthew Leusink issued his decision regarding the death of Timothy Lehman which occurred on October 16, 2025 in the Township of Wautoma, Wis. The district attorney determined there will be no criminal charges for involved law enforcement.
