MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) urges the public to be mindful of potentially dangerous winter conditions when operating recreational vehicles, especially on frozen waterbodies.
There have already been two fatal UTV crashes and one fatal snowmobile crash in the state this year, with two of those accidents occurring on frozen waterbodies....
