MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is responding to a recent manure spill in Monroe County. Spill response began over the weekend and DNR staff continue to monitor the situation.
The DNR was first notified of the spill on Saturday, May 17, via a call to the DNR's Violation Hotline. An estimate of the amount of manure discharged is not currently available....
