MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is encouraging organizations that recruit and train all-terrain vehicle (ATV) and utility terrain vehicle (UTV) safety instructors and volunteer trail ambassadors to apply for funding to support their programs.
