EAA AVIATION CENTER, OSHKOSH, Wisconsin — (April 28, 2025) — Ren Scott has been promoted by the Experimental Aircraft Association to Vice President – Business Development, Sales, and Events. In his new role, Scott will also be joining EAA’s senior leadership team.

A graduate of Averett University in Virginia with a degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations, Scott joined EAA in July 2021 as a partnership development manager. He was promoted to director of business development in December 2022 and since then, has led his team in growing EAA’s business partnerships both during the EAA AirVenture Oshkosh fly-in convention and year-round.

Prior to joining EAA, Scott was in business development and sales for private-sector companies, including in systems development and in partnership with the U.S. Department of Defense. In his new position, he will also lead EAA’s events team, which coordinates hundreds of functions each year for outside groups at EAA’s facilities in Oshkosh.
