MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers signed Executive Order #271 ordering the flags of the United States and the state of Wisconsin to be flown at half-staff across the state from sunrise until sunset on Sat., Aug. 9, 2025, in honor of U.S. Army Air Forces Private Herbert E.
