Madison - Horizon High School, Wisconsin’s oldest operating recovery high school, gave out its first ever “Friends of Recovery High Schools” awards during its annual fall festival Wednesday. The recipients, State Senator Jesse James (R-Thorp) and State Representative Barbara Dittrich (R-Oconomowoc), have continually fought to support recovery high schools in the state budget.
