ELM GROVE — Attorney Anthony LoCoco announced his campaign for a seat on the Court of Appeals, District II today with the endorsements of Wisconsin Supreme Court Chief Justice Annette Ziegler and Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Bradley.

Throughout his career, LoCoco has been a stalwart defender of constitutional freedoms and adherence to the rule of law. LoCoco has extensive experience in appellate and constitutional law, obtaining victories at the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, the Institute for Reforming Government, and for clients at his own specialized appellate law firm.

“Voters have sent a strong and clear message: they want courageous candidates – men and women of action who are unafraid to fight for Wisconsin families,” LoCoco said. “That’s why I’m proud to run on my record of suing and investigating bureaucrats willing to trample on our rights to speak and worship freely, to earn an honest living and educate our kids well, to have secure elections and safe communities, to hunt and fish in our beautiful state. This district knows that solid, impartial appellate judges are key to the preservation of these freedoms. I’m excited to share my strong track record with voters and to earn their support.”

LoCoco’s record fighting for liberty and the rule of law is why two constitutional conservatives on the Wisconsin Supreme Court have already endorsed him.

Chief Justice Annette Ziegler:

“Anthony LoCoco worked closely with me at the Wisconsin Supreme Court where I was able to witness his sharp legal mind, his tireless work ethic, and a judicial philosophy that is grounded in not legislating from the bench. I have no doubt that his adherence to the rule of law and legal acumen will serve the people of Wisconsin well. Anthony is unquestionably the right person to elect to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.”

Justice Rebecca Bradley:

“Anthony LoCoco has distinguished himself as an exceptional litigator and appellate attorney for the last decade. A dedicated constitutional conservative, Anthony spent his career fighting government overreach and infringement of our fundamental rights. I have every confidence Anthony will uphold the rule of law, defend our constitutions, and serve the people of Wisconsin as an outstanding judge on the Court of Appeals.”
