A new state law approved earlier this month by the Wisconsin Senate & Assembly – AB 078 / SB 65 (now Act 46) – allowing an ordinance to move forward that allows Milwaukee Police to impound a vehicle used in any reckless driving offenses whether or not the driver is the owner of the vehicle (and removes certain other restrictions on vehicle impoundment), was signed today by Governor Evers.
