Milwaukee, WI – President Donald J. Trump delivered his first address before a joint session of Congress since being elected to a second term. Republican Party of Milwaukee County Chairman Hilario Deleon released the following statement:
“President Donald Trump has done more in six weeks than President Joe Biden did in four years. The last four years were a disaster for the United States. Our economy was weak, energy prices were through the roof, our borders weren’t secure, and our international reputation was in tatters. The American people knew that a change in course was needed.
President Trump is delivering on the mandate that the American people voted for. Our borders are secure again and fentanyl is being targeted. Wasteful and discriminatory DEI offices are being eliminated and merit-based hiring has been restored in our federal government. Our energy sector has been revitalized. World leaders now respect the United States again.
This is just the beginning of the Golden Age of America!”
