Wisconsin – As Wisconsin celebrates Defense Week to highlight the state’s defense industry and improve on the current 29th ranking in total defense contracting nationally, Bill Berrien was on WISEYE to talk about his goal to make Wisconsin the manufacturing powerhouse of the world again.
As owner and CEO of Pindel Global Precision, a manufacturing company that produces precision machine parts for national defense mechanisms, and Chairman of the Wisconsin Defense Industry Council, Berrien has extensive experience in both national defense and the state of manufacturing in Wisconsin.
Now the chairman of Never Out of the Fight PAC and former Navy SEAL, Berrien shared his goal of reviving Wisconsin’s defense industry manufacturing ecosystem to a new level, bringing Wisconsin to the top of the global manufacturing industry.
“Mine is a message of real optimism. We have, in Wisconsin, a 125-year-old manufacturing ecosystem that is one of the best in the world. We have a highly trained and highly trainable workforce, and if we can enable that workforce with automation, and in the future, AI, I see a path to making Wisconsin the manufacturing powerhouse of the world again.”
Berrien also weighed in on Donald Trump’s tariffs saying “Since the tariffs came into effect, we’ve seen a dramatic uptick for requests for quotes from manufacturers across the country and also outside the country. So we’re very optimistic about the impact of the tariffs… That reindustrialisation that President Trump is driving is very powerful. And offers an opportunity and a motivation to make more in Wisconsin and the U.S. and where we are making more in general, it also offers the opportunity to make more for the defense industrial base.”
Earlier this year, Bill Berrien launched Never Out of the Fight PAC to advance conservative policy solutions and help Republican candidates get back to winning. Never Out of the Fight refers to the SEAL’s code: “I am never out of the fight.” Bill Berrien served in the SEAL teams for nine years, runs a Wisconsin manufacturing company, and is a conservative Wisconsin community leader.
Only two Republicans have won statewide in Wisconsin in the past decade: President Donald Trump and Senator Ron Johnson. Never Out of the Fight PAC has assembled a team that contributed to those wins and is building a well-funded, military-like operation that will advance conservative causes and WIN the general election in November for Republicans up and down the ballot.
