Madison – Representative Barbara Dittrich (R – Oconomowoc) was sworn into office today at the official Inauguration Day ceremony at the State Capitol in Madison. Representative Dittrich starts her fourth two-year term in the State Assembly, but first as Representative for the 99th District.
“I am extremely honored and humbled by the opportunity to serve the residents of the 99th District,” said Representative Dittrich. “I’m eager to hit the ground running and focus on addressing a variety of important issues.”
Representative Dittrich will serve on a number of important committees including her roles as the Chairperson of the Assembly Committee on Insurance and member of the Assembly Rules Committee.
“As the Chairperson of the Assembly Committee on Insurance, I will have a key role in shaping policy for families and small businesses in our area. My priority will be to ensure Wisconsin remains a great place to live, work, and retire,” explained Dittrich.
