Madison, WI — The Wisconsin State Assembly has passed Assembly Bill 211 on a bipartisan 57–37 vote, with support from leaders on both sides of the aisle. The bill strengthens Wisconsin’s smoke-free indoor air law by updating outdated exemptions and establishing tougher safeguards for tobacco bars.
