MADISON - Representative Jenna Jacobson (D-Oregon) responded to the package of bills passed today aimed at closing rural schools:
“On the last Assembly voting day of the 2025 Session, Legislative Republicans made clear their plans for education. Their plans are closing public schools. This harms our kids, and harms our rural communities.
“Don’t close our schools, fund them.”...
