MADISON, Wis. — On Tuesday, July 16th, SC Johnson announced their plan to relocate 170 employees from their Chicago office to its Racine-area facilities by the end of 2026. As one of the largest employers in the 66th Assembly District, the company’s continued investment in the region is significant. Assembly Democratic Leader Greta Neubauer (D-Racine) released the following statement regarding the announcement:
“SC Johnson’s decision to bring 170 employees to the 66th Assembly District is fantastic news for our community and our local economy. This is a strong sign for future growth and the success of our region, and I’m thankful for SC Johnson’s long-term investment in Southeastern Wisconsin and Mount Pleasant in particular.
“We’re focused on building a Wisconsin where folks can live, work, and thrive—this decision moves us towards that goal.”
