MADISON – State Representative William Peterman was sworn into office today at the official Inauguration Day ceremony at the State Capitol in Madison.  Penterman begins a third term representing the 38th Assembly District.

“I am deeply honored and humbled by the trust the residents of the 38th Assembly District have placed in me,” said Penterman. “I look forward to getting to work on important issues facing our district and our State.”

This session, Penterman will Chair the Assembly Committee on Veterans and Military Affairs and also be the Vice-Chair of the Assembly Committee on Children and Families. Further, Rep. Penterman will serve on the following Assembly Committees: Education, Housing and Real Estate, Tourism, Ways and Means, and Rules. 

“My priority is to ensure that Wisconsin remains a state where families thrive, businesses succeed, and veterans are supported.”
