MADISON, Wis. – Representative Angela Stroud was officially sworn in as the State Representative for the 73rd Assembly District during a ceremony held today at the State Capitol. Rep. Stroud takes on this new role with a commitment to serving the residents of the 73rd and working toward positive and effective change in the State Legislature.
