MADISON, WI – Today, Representative Shelia Stubbs presented an official citation to McKinstry in Madison to recognize them for receiving a 2025 Energy Efficiency Excellence Award from Focus on Energy. Representative Shelia Stubbs (D-Madison) released the following statement:
“Today it was my pleasure to present an official citation to McKinstry in Madison in recognition of their 2025 Energy Efficiency Excellence Award. As a member of the Assembly Committee on Energy and Utilities, I take great pride in the innovative solutions that businesses in my district are developing and implementing to conserve energy, reduce emissions, and build a greener future for all.
McKinstry’s mission is to make the built environment healthier, more efficient, and safer through its engineering expertise, construction excellence, and innovative facility operations. As a company, McKinstry strives to better the lives of others for stronger communities, advocate for the next generation, and care for the Earth, a mission it pursues through innovative energy efficiency solutions and programs including active energy management, building emissions performance standards, fleet electrification, development of EcoDistricts, facility condition assessments, master systems integration, transition to sustainable operations, powerED, and more.
