MADISON, Wis – On July 24th, Representative Randy Udell (D-47th District) introduced a joint resolution demanding the full release of the Epstein files except narrowed, tailored omissions to protect the identities of victims.

Rep. Udell released the following statement:

“Americans deserve the full truth regarding Epstein’s crimes. National Republicans are eager to cover this up: House Speaker Mike Johnson ended the Congressional session early to avoid voting on this topic.

“The connection between Trump and Epstein is well documented. Between 1993 and 1997, Trump’s name appeared seven times in Epstein’s flight logs. Virginia Giuffre spoke openly about being groomed from age sixteen into Epstein’s trafficking ring while working for Trump’s private club Mar-a-Lago. Maria Farmer, one of Epstein’s victims, asked the FBI in 1996 to look into Trump’s relation to Epstein. In 2010, Epstein pled the Fifth, Sixth, and Fourteenth Amendments when asked if he had ever ‘socialized with Donald Trump in the presence of females under the age of eighteen.’ This week, the Wall Street Journal reported that Attorney General Pam Bondi informed Trump about his inclusion within the Epstein Files in May.

“Epstein’s victims deserve transparency and truth regarding the full extent of his crimes, and any of his collaborators should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law regardless of political affiliation or status.”
