Rep. Wichgers: Gold Star license plate fee removal bill passes state Assembly

Madison – A bill that removes the personalization fee for license plates issued to families who have lost a family service member in the U.S. Armed Forces cleared a final legislative hurdle Tuesday and will head to the governor’s desk for his signature.
