WAUKESHA, Wisc. – Susan Crawford has lied about her record time and time again, but her recent appearance at the Milwaukee Press Club was perhaps the most egregious example of hypocrisy yet. Her desperate attempt to spin voters away from the truth is not only condescending, it’s dishonest.
Susan Crawford said that she has never “delved into” Wisconsin’s congressional maps.
- Her January 13 fundraiser labeled “Chance to put two more House seats in play for 2026” says otherwise.
- The New York Times first exposed Susan Crawford’s attempt to sell two Wisconsin congressional seats to out-of-state billionaires in exchange for campaign donations.
Susan Crawford said, “I have never taken a position on any case or any issue before the Supreme Court.”
- Yet Susan Crawford personally led the Democrat effort to overturn Act 10. She then bragged about working to kill Act 10 when running for Dane County Judge.
- Susan Crawford proclaimed that her attempt to overturn it was an example of her convincing “Dane County judges to put a stop to government overreaches.”
- When it was popular for her career path, Susan Crawford called Voter ID “draconian” and even compared it to a “poll tax.”
Susan Crawford said that she always ensures that when “people commit violent crimes that hurt other people, that they are behind bars.”
- Yet Susan Crawford put a child rapist back on the streets after just two years.
- Susan Crawford provided sweetheart deals to three people convicted of brutally beating a young man to death. One of the killers is back on Wisconsin streets and the other two are soon to be free.
- Susan Crawford gave a repeat felon who nearly beat a 19-year-old UW-Madison student to death less than half of the prosecution’s suggested prison sentence.
- When a man faced over 100 years in prison for molesting two children under the age of seven, Susan Crawford put him back on our streets after four years.
