WEST BEND — Josh Schoemann today announced his Secure Elections Agenda, a series of reforms to the state’s elections laws highlighted by a plan to abolish the state elections commission and to move all statewide elections to November.
The four pillars of the Schoemann Secure Elections Agenda are:
1. Abolish WEC
2. Move all statewide elections to November
3. Establish uniform voting rules
4. Scrub voter rolls
“These reforms are straightforward, accountable, and rooted in fairness to ensure verifiable elections,” Schoemann said. “They’ll restore integrity to Wisconsin’s elections, and trust to the people who cast their ballots.”
The Secure Elections Agenda is the first of several policy frameworks that will be released in the coming weeks as part of a broader Secure Wisconsin Agenda that has been informed by Josh’s travel across all 72 Wisconsin counties. Full details of the Secure Elections Agenda can be found here.
