WEST BEND — Veteran and Washington County Executive Josh Schoemann today announced his Wisconsin Neighbors Backyard BBQ Tour. Throughout the tour, Josh will take his campaign for governor directly to supporters’ back yards, meeting friends and neighbors and future supporters in the kind of laid-back gatherings Wisconsin is famous for.

“People are sick and tired of slick campaign ads, and they’re sick and tired of candidates that don’t actually put in the work needed to win. I’m working hard to meet people in every corner of this state, and I can’t think of a better way to do that than by getting friends and neighbors together, firing up a grill, and enjoying a beverage or two,” Josh said.

The Wisconsin Neighbors Backyard BBQ Tour will build on Josh’s energetic schedule that has seen him campaign in 42 of Wisconsin’s 72 counties since announcing in May. Last week, Josh announced his Grassroots Leadership Council, made up of nearly 40 elected officials, conservative activists and community leaders from across the state.
