WAUSAU, WI – Tom Tiffany, candidate for governor of Wisconsin, announced a new paid media effort as property tax bills land in mailboxes across the state. Wisconsinites are feeling the full impact of Governor Evers’ 400-year property tax increase, created through his veto pen and upheld by the liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court.

“I know many of you are opening your property tax bills and feeling blindsided. There is no reason Wisconsin should rank among the top ten for highest property taxes in the U.S. alongside Illinois, New Jersey, and New York. Making Wisconsin affordable starts with ensuring you are never taxed out of your home. As governor, I will end Tony Evers’ 400-year property tax hike and lower your taxes,” said Congressman Tom Tiffany.

Tiffany’s efforts include a new digital and streaming ad entitled, “Don’t Fear the Mailman.” You can view the ad here. “A fear well known across Wisconsin. Pain, delivered, certified. This December, the Democrats’ 400-year property tax hike comes to your doorstep. Screams. Don’t fear the mailman. Vote Tom Tiffany.”
