WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Derrick Van Orden (WI-03) introduced his first bill of the 119th Congress – the Strengthening Servicemembers with Milk Act – alongside Chief Deputy Whip Reschenthaler (PA-14). This bill directs the U.S. Secretary of Defense to provide fluid or powdered milk to members of the Armed Forces at dining facilities on military installations.
