Underly, Kinser advance in three-way DPI primary

State Superintendent Jill Underly and Wauwatosa education consultant Brittany Kinser will face off on April 1 after advancing through a three-way primary.  With 86% of precincts reporting, Underly had 37.1%, while Kinser had 35.4%.
