UW System: Dr. Manohar Singh named chancellor of UW-Oshkosh 

MADISON, Wis.—Dr. Manohar Singh, interim president of Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, Conn., has been named the next Chancellor of the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
