WisDems: Round up: Derrick Van Orden gets caught saying the quiet part outloud 

MADISON, Wis. — After the Big Ugly Bill passed, WI-03 Congressman Derrick Van Orden made the implicit explicit by writing “YES!” in response to a tweet stating that Americans would lose health care and food assistance under the newly passed budget bill.
