MADISON, Wis. — While Wisconsin Republicans have kickstarted the new legislative session wasting time and clinging to their dwindling grip on power, Democrats are getting started with the work voters elected them to do.

SHOT: Republicans have spent the first two weeks of session ignoring the real issues impacting Wisconsin residents, instead focusing on putting redundant questions on the ballot this spring—while rejecting Gov. Evers’ proposal to give Wisconsinites the same power to enact change.

CHASER: Meanwhile, Wisconsin Democrats are already hard at work, putting in the time to listen to their constituents who want lower costs for working families. The bill package Legislative Democrats introduced this week would reduce the costs of prescription drugs and groceries and provide tax relief for low-income households. Democrats are focused on the issues that matter most by prioritizing the safety, freedoms, and futures of Wisconsinites.
