MADISON, Wis. — Today, the United States Department of Agriculture announced Andrew Iverson will serve as State Director for Rural Development in Wisconsin.

“I’d like to congratulate Andrew Iverson on his appointment and thank him for his work as the Republican Party of Wisconsin’s Executive Director. President Trump and Secretary Rollins made a great choice in choosing Andrew to serve as the USDA Rural Development State Director for Wisconsin,” stated Republican Party of Wisconsin Chairman Brian Schimming.

During Iverson’s tenure as WisGOP’s Executive Director, a Republican Presidential candidate won Wisconsin for only the second time since 1988. Additionally, WisGOP saw two statewide referendum wins which improved Election Integrity in Wisconsin, as well as defending both chambers of the state legislature and holding our Republican held Congressional seats. Iverson will begin his new role in June.
