MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin’s richest person, MAGA billionaire Diane Hendricks, has doled out $13 million more to the Republican Party of Wisconsin (RPW), which subsequently transferred $9 million to Congressman Tom Tiffany’s campaign for governor, according to the most recent campaign finance reports filed with the state.

Hendricks’ largesse accounts for nearly 87 percent of the total reported raised by the RPW, and their billionaire bucks fueled transfer to Tiffany accounts for over 89 percent of what his campaign raised between September 24 and October 19.

“A handful of the ultra-wealthy continue to bankroll MAGA Republicans’ effort to cling to power,” commented A Better Wisconsin Together spokesperson Mike Browne. “And for his part, Congressman Tiffany continues to make clear he’ll sell us out to serve their interests.”

With the latest round of campaign finance reports, Hendricks, along with right-wing Illinois billionaires Dick and Elizabeth Uihlein, have dumped an astounding $112 million plus into Wisconsin to try to elect right-wing politicians since the beginning of 2025. Roughly $61 million of that amount has gone to the RPW and College Republicans which has in turn underwritten their transfers of over $44 million to Tiffany’s gubernatorial campaign.

As the billionaires use their fortunes to rig the system in their favor, Congressman Tiffany has been a willing accomplice, voting the MAGA party line including slashing funding for Medicaid and food assistance for kids to pay for massive tax giveaways to the wealthy. Most recently, Tiffany has publicly pledged to not raise taxes on billionaires and has floated his willingness to eliminate income taxes on them entirely.
