WAUSAU, Wis.—Today, Michael Alfonso received the endorsement of Wisconsin Right to Life for election to the United States House of Representatives, 7th Congressional District of Wisconsin for his “strong advocacy for the right to life.”

Wisconsin Right to Life is committed to saving lives, cherishing human life, and creating a society in which every person’s right to life is secure.

“Wisconsin Right to Life is proud to endorse Michael Alfonso, an unapologetic defender of life for Congress in the 7th District,” said Samantha Craig, Director of Advocacy, Policy & Political Affairs for Wisconsin Right to Life. “Michael shares the values of Northern Wisconsin families, and he will take those values to Washington and vote them every day.”

“I’m honored to have the endorsement of Wisconsin Right to Life,” said Michael Alfonso. “My Democrat opponent, Fred Clark, supports abortion without limits and wants to hand out abortion pills like candy, and that is not the way of the 7th District. Life is sacred, the people of Northern Wisconsin know it, and in Congress I will always vote to protect it.”

Democrat Fred Clark hasn’t defined a single limit he supports on abortion. He says he wants to make the abortion pill widely available and says that if states receive any type of federal funding (he doesn’t specify which type) they must guarantee to provide abortions.

Clark also wants Wisconsin taxpayers to front the bill for Planned Parenthood license plates, with proceeds going to Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin. Clark says taxpayers should have to front the bill to pay for them, even if they disagree with Planned Parenthood and its support for limitless abortion.
