Democratic Candidate joins more than 250 candidates committed to ending Citizens United

Andy Beck, Candidate for Wisconsin’s 5th Congressional District, has committed to participating in Unrig Washington, a bold, public commitment to clean up Washington. The program supports real anti-corruption reforms and leading by example. Participants commit to:

- Ban Congressional stock trading by supporting legislation to prohibit Members of Congress from trading individual stocks.
- Refuse corporate PAC money to send a clear message that elected officials’ priorities are the people, not powerful corporations or special interests.
- Crack down on dark money. Members will fight to end the flood of undisclosed political spending by supporting legislation to expose secret donors, increase transparency, and fix the FEC, ending the dominance of billionaire-funded special interest groups.

About Andy Beck
Andy Beck is the Democratic Candidate on the ballot for Wisconsin’s 5th Congressional District in November. Born and raised in Milwaukee, his family roots run deep in Wisconsin’s working-class community. He is a proud graduate of Milwaukee Public Schools and comes from a family of union members, including his father, grandfather, and uncle. Andy earned his undergraduate degree from UW Stout and later completed graduate studies at Cardinal Stritch University. His career spans hospitality management, healthcare, and product development at GE Healthcare, giving him experience across service, clinical, and corporate environments. Throughout his life, Andy has remained committed to the rights of working people and the role of unions in building fair and equitable workplaces.
