Madison, WI- Today, lifelong Madisonian, grandchild of immigrants and public policy professional Isaia Ben-Ami announced his candidacy for the Democratic nomination for the 76th Assembly District.

“Wisconsin families deserve to live free from want and free from fear. We deserve a government that is willing to invest in opportunity and stand up to division. We are at our best when we put people over profit, and embrace the diversity of our community.”
“For a decade, a gerrymandered majority of Republican legislators have attacked the freedom of working families to access quality public education, reproductive and gender affirming healthcare, and affordable housing. ”
“As Trump and MAGA Republicans continue to lead our country into crisis, we need Democratic legislators that are ready to not only fight against regressive politics, but also champion the freedoms of Wisconsin’s working people.”
