RAYMOND, Wis. — Assembly Representative Ben DeSmidt (AD-65, D-Kenosha) today endorsed Mitchell Berman for Wisconsin’s 1st Congressional District.
DeSmidt issued the following statement:
“Mitchell will fight for our district on the issues that matter most to our families, from affordability and healthcare to rooting out corruption in D.C. As a small-business owner and someone who fights for working families myself, I know how much it matters to have a representative who truly listens. I’m confident Mitchell will bring the voices of the First District to Washington and work to build an economy that works for everyone – not just those at the top.”
Berman, an ER nurse from Raymond, is the Democratic candidate for Wisconsin’s 1st Congressional District. He has centered his campaign on kitchen table issues, working-class representation, and ending corruption in Washington.
