RAYMOND, Wis. — Assembly Representative Tip McGuire (AD-64, D-Kenosha) today endorsed Mitchell Berman for Wisconsin’s First Congressional District.
McGuire issued the following statement:
“As someone with real experience facing the challenges of working families, Mitchell understands what people in our district are up against. We don’t need economic elites to tell us how working families can succeed, we need hard-working people like Mitchell who have seen our nation’s struggles impact their family and will work towards real solutions. Our education and healthcare systems have been strained by budget cuts and federal attacks, and Mitchell is a proven fighter for patients and our schools. Mitchell is someone we can count on to amplify Kenosha’s voices, struggles, and stories in Congress.”
Berman, an ER nurse from Raymond, is the Democratic candidate for Wisconsin’s First Congressional District. He has centered his campaign on kitchen table issues, working-class representation, and ending corruption in Washington.
