MILWAUKEE – The City of Milwaukee will celebrate the unveiling of “I Didn’t Do It Alone,” a permanent public artwork by internationally recognized artist Karyn Olivier honoring the life and legacy of Milwaukee trailblazer Vel R. Phillips. The unveiling ceremony will take place on Friday, August 21 at 11 a.m. at Vel R. Phillips Plaza in downtown Milwaukee.
