Madison, Wis. – In case you missed it, Wisconsin Democrat State Assembly member Robyn Vining has a no good, terrible business record. While touting that she built her professional photography business “from scratch” 15 years ago, and her photography website is currently operating and advertising sessions, Vining is anything but a successful and self made business woman. Her business shows a serious record of recurring delinquency and dissolution that should have voters and the media coming to one conclusion and one conclusion only: if she plans to manage constituent needs in the senate the way she manages her business, Senate District 5 is in serious trouble!

Check out what Dan O’Donnell had to say last week

Vining has for 15 years been running a photography business, Robyn Vining Photography LLC, she has repeatedly touted her success and her experience as a small business owner as a big reason that voters in that district should elect her, should give her a promotion from the state assembly to the state senate.

However, the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions has repeatedly marked Robyn Vining Photography LLC as delinquent, and once actually dissolved the company after she repeatedly missed annual filings.

. . .

As recently as this January, Robyn Vining Photography LLC is again listed as delinquent. Now, of course, Robyn was at the time running for state senate and probably realized, “Uh-oh, this looks bad. I should get this thing restored.

So later that month, she was restored to good standing. How is it that for two thirds of this company’s existence, it has not been in compliance with the very basic requirements of the state of Wisconsin?

. . .

But just think about it for a second. She is writing rules and not following them. That’s remarkable, and that suggests to me, at least, not only does she not deserve a promotion, but we should seriously think about whether Robyn Vining actually belongs in the state legislature at all.
