NEW FRANKEN, WI — Republican State Senate candidate Nic Cravillion today announced he has earned the endorsement of the Wisconsin Dairy Business Association (DBA), Wisconsin’s leading dairy advocacy organization. The endorsement adds to Cravillion’s growing coalition of statewide support ahead of the August 11 Republican primary.

“DBA supports candidates who align with DBA’s mission and policy priorities, and Nic strongly corresponds with these,” said DBA Executive Director Chad Zuleger. “He truly understands agriculture and rural economic issues because of personal experiences, growing up on a farm, and his work in public service.”

“Agriculture and dairy farming are not only the backbone of Wisconsin but also significant economic drivers in the First Senate District,” Zuleger added. “This district needs a Senator who understands the importance of agriculture and can provide support to help grow the industry in the region.”

“Agriculture isn’t just another industry to me. I grew up on a dairy farm, and I know firsthand what family farms mean to Northeast Wisconsin,” said Cravillion. “Receiving the endorsement of the Wisconsin Dairy Business Association is an incredible honor because it comes from those who understand the challenges facing agriculture. As your State Senator, I’ll fight every day for policies that allow Wisconsin’s farmers and dairy producers to grow, compete, and succeed.”

Headquartered in Green Bay, the Dairy Business Association is Wisconsin’s leading dairy advocacy organization representing dairy farmers, milk processors, vendors, and business partners across the state. The organization works to ensure dairy farms of all sizes have the support they need to keep America’s Dairyland strong.
