Crowley campaign: MAGA Congressman Tom Tiffany gave billionaires tax breaks while gutting healthcare and driving up costs for Wisconsinites

MILWAUKEE, Wis. — MAGA extremist Congressman Tom Tiffany gutted healthcare for Wisconsinites to give tax breaks to billionaires, including the ones funding his campaign.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Congressman Tiffany voted for the “Big Ugly Bill,” which made extreme cuts to Medicaid and made healthcare coverage more unaffordable for Wisconsinites, and cheered on Ron Johnson as he tried to make even steeper cuts. 
• After voting to gut the Affordable Care Act, Congressman Tiffany admitted that Republicans still don’t have an alternative plan. 
• As a State Senator, Congressman Tiffany voted against expanding BadgerCare and was outspoken in his support for Scott Walker’s decision to not accept federal funds for BadgerCare expansion. 
• Tiffany also voted against a bill providing federal incentives for Wisconsin Medicaid expansion and allowing prescription drug price negotiation under Medicare.
