A new statewide slate of officers has been elected by members or appointed by the commander of DAV (Disabled American Veterans) Department of Wisconsin at their annual convention in Green Bay that took place on June 11-13, 2026.

The reelected DAV Department of Wisconsin commander is Tiffany Koehler of Brown Deer. Other department officers are:
▪ Darrell Hainline, of Wisconsin Rapids, Chapter 55, senior vice commander (newly elected)
▪ Scott Scovronski, of Oshkosh, Chapter 3, first junior vice commander (newly elected)
▪ Jake Richter, of Beloit, Chapter 14, department judge advocate (newly elected)
▪ Rob Hilliard, Tomah, Chapter 27, department benefit protection leader (reelected)
▪ Kevin Manhart, of Beloit, Chapter 14, department chaplain (reappointed)
▪ Austin Richter, of Beloit Chapter 14, inspector general (appointed)
▪ Scott Hutchings, of Neenah, Chapter 17, treasurer (reappointed)
▪ Matt Kempainen, of Green Bay, Chapter 3, adjutant, (reappointed)

Commander Koehler, a proud member of DAV Chapter 19 in Milwaukee, has been a Lifetime Member of the Disabled American Veterans since 2017. She is a disabled U.S. Army veteran whose service spans three distinct eras: the Cold War, the Gulf War, and Operation Enduring Freedom.

She began her military career as an 88W Locomotive Movement Coordinator and later retrained as a 91G Behavioral Science Specialist, expanding her expertise in both organization and soldier well-being.

Koehler holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee’s Helen Bader School of Social Welfare, further strengthening her lifelong commitment to service, advocacy, and veteran support.
