Derrick Van Orden, Bryan Steil, and House Republicans are scheming to pay for a reckless war of choice in Iran – which is reportedly going to cost American taxpayers another $200 billion so far – by further cutting health care from hardworking American families.

Last year, Van Orden and Steil voted for the largest cut to Medicaid and food assistance in American history to fund massive tax breaks for billionaires. Hospitals, nursing homes and community-based health clinics across the country are closing because of this law. At the same time, Van Orden and Steil failed to extend the Affordable Care Act tax credits, forcing Wisconsinites to choose between higher premium costs or losing insurance altogether.
