MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) reminds Wisconsinites of the value of purchasing the Wisconsin Conservation Patron License.
If you’re an avid outdoor recreationist who loves to both fish and hunt, it might be time to consider the Wisconsin Conservation Patron License. Your license purchase supports all of Wisconsin’s fish and wildlife programs, including critical habitat management and research. The Conservation Patron License is an annual fee of $165 and includes:
- Gun Deer Hunting License
- Archery License
- Crossbow License
- Small Game License
- Pheasant Stamp
- Annual Fishing License
- Great Lakes Trout & Salmon Stamp
- Inland Trout Stamp
- Sturgeon Hook & Line Inland
- Sturgeon Hook & Line WI-MI
- Trapping License (including otter harvest authorizations)
- Fisher Application
- Spring Turkey Application
- Spring Turkey License (permit required)
- Turkey Stamp
- Fall Turkey License & Harvest Authorization
- Early Goose Permit
- Statewide Regular Goose
- Waterfowl Stamp
- Harvest Information Program (HIP) Survey
- Annual Park Sticker
- Annual State Parks Trail Pass
- Admission to Heritage Hill State Park
- Subscription to Wisconsin Natural Resources Magazine
Wisconsin residents can save over $130, compared to the cost of separately purchasing all the items included in the Conservation Patron License. Licenses can be purchased online through the Go Wild license portal, at all license sales agents or at DNR Service Centers.
