MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers announced today his appointment of Amy Forehand to serve as Richland County District Attorney. The appointment fills a vacancy being created by District Attorney Jennifer Harper’s resignation. Forehand will serve for the remainder of the unexpired term that ends January 2029.
